The New Design Process

When we become your design outsourcer we provide sales materials and a screen saver for your computer describing the 3D design process.  The examples we supply will show your customers a number of innovative possibilities.



After you decide on a design with your client, simply e-mail, overnight or fax us the design idea.



We create the initial design and, according to your instructions, e-mail it to back to you or the customer for approval or design changes.



Once the final design has been agreed upon, we move forward with the wax creation.  There are several types of modeling machines on the market and we use all the major ones (milling, wax-jet, and laser formation).  We will pick the type of machine that will best meet your needs and produce a wax or plastic model.



Once completed, we can either ship the wax or plastic model to you for you to cast and finish, or we can complete the piece for you.  We provide all the traditional casting, finishing, and setting services (including platinum).
